Contact InMotion for all of your automation support. We offer everything from training to total equipment design and integration.

Robot Training
InMotion offers training for robot programming both at our facility in Lawrenceburg, TN and on-site at your location. As a standard feature, all new InMotion robotic systems include one week of operator training and installation support at the customer's facility. Our typical training class is done on your equipment and not a generic training system. This helps the operator to better understand each aspect of the equipment.

Robot Service
Let our experienced staff help you with all of your equipment servicing needs. Our technicians will come to your factory to diagnose, service and repair your robotic equipment. InMotion can also assist with cycle time optimization or re-deployment of existing equipment to a new task.

Automotive Tooling for Robotic Welding

Fixture Design and Build
With our years of robotic experience, we understand the need for repeatability and access to critical areas. Using the latest 3D CAD software, we have designed and built everything from end of arm tooling to complex robotic welding fixtures. Some industries include automotive, lawn and garden equipment, plastic injection molding, aluminum injection molding, defense contractors, highway safety equipment, and fire extinguishers.

Automated Spotwelding System

Special Machine Design and Build
Our many years of industrial experience allows us the knowledge and expertise to design, build and integrate custom manufacturing equipment into your operation. These systems can include dedicated welders (resistance and GMAW), automated assembly, pneumatic and hydraulic presses, automotive glass processing and plastic deburring.

Tier 1 Automotive Equipment

Equipment Refurbishment and Redeployment
With the recent economic downturn, many manufacturers have chosen to reuse exisitng equipment instead of investing in new machinery. The equipment refurbishment process can range from a simple re-tool to a complete teardown, inspection and rebuild - including sandblasting, painting and replacing worn components. As an added service, InMotion can also replace and upgrade controls and safety systems.
